Effective February 3^rd, 2012 we will begin a few new procedures for our Scouts needing District approval on their Eagle Scout Service Project Workbooks and for Units that need to have District Representation at an Eagle Scout Board of Review.  This new plan is designed to benefit our Scouts, Parents, Unit Leaders and District Volunteers.  Please read carefully the following information.

- For Project Workbooks,  we have set up a weekly location with a member of the Advancement team.   A Scout , their Parent or their Unit Advancement Chair will sign up through our web site at thunderwolfdistrict.com.  Go to Event Registration on the left side of the home page.  Scout's name, Unit number and phone number is all that is required.   Scouts need to be prepared by bringing their Workbook (signed by their Scoutmaster, Unit Committee and Benefiting Organization), in Class A uniform ( including Life rank patch) and be ready to discuss his project.  A Scout that is not  prepared may result in an additional visit to a District Representative.

- For an Eagle Board of Review, the Unit Committee Chair or Advancement Chair will contact Kelly Richardson at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.   832-387-7562. 

The following information is needed when requesting a District representative at an Eagle Board of Review.

- Person making the request's information (name, email and phone number)

- Unit Number and Scout's Name

- Date and Time requested

- Location with Address

We will do our best to accommodate all requests, however your Unit may need to be somewhat flexible as to the date if we cannot find a volunteer District Representative on the date that is requested.
