Training Knot Process

Upon completion of a Training knot (i.e. Cub Scout, Boy Scout  etc), the form needs to be send the District Training Chair for approval.

 

  1. The District Training Chair (DTC) review the form for the correct signatures.
  2. The DTC is responsible for purchasing the knot from the Scout store and preparing the certificate (this can be purchased or downloaded and printed -- see the SHAC Training Yahoo Group for details - http://groups.yahoo.com/group/shactraining/files/Certificate%20Templates/).
  3. The DTC presents the knot/certificate at an approriate venue like RoundTable.
  4. The DTC submits the Training Knot form (available on the SHAC Training Yahoo Group) to SHAC (http://f1.grp.yahoofs.com/v1/UCTETiOugQ4rQ7TEJ_uQJSVm7wpyZkfMW5Kd4NSAJJG4osWPHaonhRgbKfVbMWC23VTBmsRLFLZ1BHVDe6hLsOGvUwF1/Forms/Training%20award%20report%20form-Excel.xls)  - A copy goes to our DE and the other to This email address is being protected from spambots.
